Please be aware that the total time taken is governed by how quickly you can provide us with all the complete and required application materials.

For questions about delivery or guarantees, please contact the selected shipping service provider directly. Alternatively, you can use your own courier service for the return, or pick up your documents at our office yourself (in which case, of course, there are no additional shipping costs for you). We are not liable for any delays in delivery or for the loss or damage of your passports during shipping.
